Here at Adriana's Cocina, we are always evolving and over these last couple of months, we've been able to evaluate the reasons why we are still standing and the goals we have for our family business.
As you know this area has developed so much and we are continuing with one priority, quality. We are grateful to the people who stand behind us and continue to refer our business and allow us to serve you.
A couple of changes for us in 2021, we will no longer be catering to any events over 150 people. All of the events on the books for 2020 over 150 will remain. We want to give you the best of the best, fresh food - everything made to order. We only use the best quality meats, organic vegetables and will continue to provide just that, even with the cost of food rising.
We are fully stocked for events up to 150 people; including but not limited to, China Plates, Linens, Linen Napkins, Flatware & Glassware, Décor, Charcuterie Platters, Food Stations, Bars and more. We've partnered with several vendors that we entrust with not only dependability but quality and integrity.
We have worked really hard to build Adriana's Cocina, its late-night menu implementations, creative pairings, clean and healthy food with outstanding flavor, seasonal changes, food challenges, workshops, studying cuisine we love like Mexican, Cuban, Mediterranean, and Farm to Table. We strive to be unique and different, we are not your ordinary caterer that provides the same menu as other caterers for a reason. We know that there are other caterers who have started this journey after us, and have mirrored our menus. The truth is my recipes are authentic and designed by me personally( Adriana), no one is going to make the dishes we created quite like us, we created the ingredients and combined specific fusions to your liking. Its a lot of trial and error and I am humbled by the time it takes time to perfect things. We don't simplify by using canned corn or canned beans nor do we buy our salsa pre-made from a taco shop. Everything is customized to fit your needs, expectations, dietary limitations, and taste.
