In Adriana's Words
I learned the art of authentic Mexican cooking from my incredible grandmother, Marina, who grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico. She’s the one who inspired my passion for food and taught me to appreciate the care and balance that go into every well-crafted dish.
Growing up in Vista, surrounded by a mix of cultures and flavors, I found myself drawn to creating dishes that celebrate that same diversity.
Today, I love bringing together the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine with the bright, fresh elements of Mediterranean cooking—two traditions that both honor food made with heart.
