Since 2014 Adriana's Cocina has been cultivating a healthier approach to flavor-packed hearty dishes, resulting in them becoming one of the Inland Empire's premier caterers.

 

Adriana offers an extensive event catering consultation and is exceptionally detailed in what they can bring to the table to help alleviate some of the stress of planning your event, party, or wedding.

We offer full-service catering with an array of unique cuisine choices to customize your perfect meal. 

We use organic meats, herbs, farm-fresh vegetables, and sustainable seafood. 

We never use frozen, reheated, or canned food!

In Her

 words

I was taught authentic Mexican cooking by my incredible grandmother, Marina, who is from Guadalajara, Mexico. She sparked my interest in the culinary arts and my appreciation for the delicate balance in well-thought-out dishes. 

 

Growing up in Vista, diversity in my own family and North County San Diego has helped inspire fusion dishes of different cultures on my menus.

Mexican and Mediterranean food is my favorite to cook! I enjoy mixing the delicious flavors and freshness that both cuisines value and celebrate.
