Fall Favorites

The perfect day deserves the perfect meal!

Whether it’s a beautiful fall wedding or an intimate dinner, this is your guide to curating the perfect menu.

Here in Temecula, we are lucky enough to have access to great produce, pretty much, year-round. Nonetheless, there are peak seasons for all produce and as your caterer, we want to help you take advantage of that.

Listed below are some of our fall favorites.

Salads

The importance of a good salad cannot be understated, it often sets the tone for the entirety of a culinary experience.

Harvest Salad Arugula, romaine, kale, berries, apple, and feta - with a mango chardonnay dressing


In peak-season:

Sides and Appetizers

Traditionally, a side is meant to complement the main entrees but that does not mean it can’t be a standout all on its own.


Ceviche Marinated shrimp (or fish), cucumbers, tomato, red onion, jalapeño and fresh lime juice.

Entrees

Last but definitely not least, the star of the show: entrees!


Enchiladas Veracruz Zucchini, squash, corn, tomato, and garlic - baked with crema tomatillo and topped with queso fresco

Ropa Vieja

Shredded and braised beef with onions, peppers, and olives.
