I’m Thankful for so much this Thanksgiving. The year is almost over, and looking back has given me extra time to reflect on my business in so many ways. 2020 has truly humbled me and allowed me to sit back, watch everything unfold in these challenging times, and how I respond to difficulties. So woot woot for remaining positive.
Cooking for me is therapy; it helps me focus on one thing instead of a million other things on my to-do list. I have taken this small set back to spend more time with my kids and grandkids. I also have taken the extra break to work on myself. Self-care is important! Remembering that a smile, kind word, or a simple text go a long way.
What is on your menu this Thanksgiving?
I like to switch out the traditional dishes for Thanksgiving, but since my kids and grandkids usually don’t get traditional food from me, I am sticking to what they ask me for.
